Admission Process

Apply through a profile-led admissions approach designed to identify potential, readiness, and clarity of purpose, not just test performance.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants to the PGDM programme at KIM Pune are expected to meet the following criteria:

A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate from a UGC-recognised institution
A valid score in at least one management entrance examination
Candidates who have graduated in or before 2026 are eligible to apply

Admission Process

Application Submission

Applicants complete the online application form, upload academic and supporting documents, submit valid entrance exam scores, and pay the ₹1,000 application fee.

Profile Review & Shortlisting

Applications are assessed holistically, considering academics, background, exposure, and overall profile strength rather than percentile thresholds alone.

Group Exercise & Personal Interview (GEPI)

Shortlisted candidates participate in a GEPI process that evaluates:

Communication and articulation
Problem-solving approach
Team orientation and leadership traits
Goal clarity and motivation for management education

Offer Letter

Admission decisions are communicated within one week of the GEPI process. Selected candidates receive a formal admission offer.

Confirm Admission

Selected candidates confirm admission by paying a ₹50,000 registration fee within the stipulated timeline and completing enrolment formalities.
